Lisa Goodin earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Eastern Kentucky University, a Masters Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Kentucky and a Rank 1 from Eastern Kentucky University in School Leadership. While at EKU she was a member of the women's basketball team and finished her career as the all-time leading scorer in EKU women's basketball history. After graduating, she became a teacher and high school basketball coach at George Rogers Clark High School in Winchester, KY and then the principal at Jessie Clark Middle School here in Lexington. She is now retired after serving 17 years as principal and is currently serving as a member of the Active Women's Health Initiative Advisory Board.
