Denile Hill is a certified health and wellness coach, certified personal trainer, and owner of The Whole Human Project. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Kentucky and has over 25 years of experience in a variety of settings. Denile has been an athlete throughout her life but lost her identity as an athlete after having two kidney transplants. She has reclaimed that identity and is now focused on maintaining activity for a lifetime. Denile is an active member of the cycling community in Lexington, serving as Treasurer of the Bluegrass Chapter of the Kentucky Mountain Bike Association and co-founder of the Kentucky Interscholastic Cycling League. This league is a statewide initiative for kids in grades 6 – 12 that includes a component specifically for girls called “GRiT” (Girls Riding together). Denile is an active role model for girls and women, including her own daughter, and is always looking for new ways to create belonging and community while promoting an active lifestyle.
