Letitia Hollingsworth-Gray is currently the Aquatic Director at the University of Kentucky. Letitia began her college career at Boston University where she was a member of the rowing team. After transferring to the University of Kentucky, she became a member of the first varsity swimming and diving team. In 1987, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Community Recreation and Health Promotion. She started working for UK Athletics in 1993, working her way from Swim Lesson manager and Event Operations Tech to Staff Assistant for Swim Dive office, to Aquatic Center Manager, and finally Aquatic Director in 2004. She was the first female Aquatic Director in the SEC.
